NESTLE’ WATERS – ACQUA SANPELLEGRINO MADONE
Descrizione del progetto
Integrated survey activities were carried out through the combined use of photogrammetry, topographic methodologies, and high-resolution laser scanning technologies to generate an accurate digital representation of the existing structure.
The project enabled the development of a detailed 3D CAD as-built model intended to support engineering analysis, design coordination, and structural assessment activities.
Virtual tour environments were also created to allow remote consultation and immersive inspection of the asset by technical stakeholders and project teams.
Particular attention was dedicated to the verification of potential interferences related to the installation of steel reinforcement plates for seismic retrofitting interventions.
The integrated digital workflow allowed precise geometric control of existing structures and constructive elements, reducing uncertainties during design and construction phases.
The generated datasets support multidisciplinary coordination between structural engineers, architects, and construction teams operating within constrained environments.
High-density point clouds and textured 3D models enabled detailed extraction of measurements, sections, elevations, and interference analyses directly from the digital environment.
The adoption of advanced reality capture technologies improved operational efficiency and reduced the need for repetitive on-site inspections.
The resulting Digital Twin constitutes a scalable digital foundation for future maintenance, monitoring, and asset management activities.
The project demonstrates the strategic value of integrated geomatic and digitalization workflows in complex structural rehabilitation and seismic upgrading operations.
