MURANO NEW HOTEL
Project Overview
Detailed georeferenced photogrammetric survey carried out to support the redevelopment and transformation of the asset into a new hospitality and hotel destination.
The project involved high-resolution aerial and terrestrial acquisitions aimed at generating accurate and measurable digital datasets for architectural analysis, design development, and redevelopment planning activities.
The generated georeferenced models and orthophotos enabled precise documentation of the existing conditions, supporting feasibility studies, spatial reorganization strategies, and multidisciplinary coordination between architects, engineers, interior designers, and hospitality consultants.
Particular attention was dedicated to the integration of the future hotel functions within the existing architectural and landscape context, enabling rapid assessment of accessibility, external areas, façade conditions, rooftop systems, and potential expansion or renovation scenarios.
The digital survey workflow significantly reduced the need for repetitive on-site inspections while improving the efficiency of design and decision-making processes during the redevelopment phases.
The acquired datasets provide a scalable digital foundation for future BIM workflows, Digital Twin integration, facility management systems, and long-term maintenance planning associated with the new hospitality asset.
