Descrizione del progetto
Integrated digital survey activities carried out through the combined use of georeferenced photogrammetry, laser scanning technologies, and advanced geomatic methodologies for the accurate reconstruction of the existing asset condition.
The project enabled the acquisition of high-resolution aerial and terrestrial datasets aimed at generating precise geometric and spatial information for engineering, architectural, and facility management purposes.
Georeferenced photogrammetric surveys provided detailed orthophotos, measurable 3D datasets, and accurate documentation of the surveyed environments within coordinated reference systems.
Laser scanner acquisitions generated high-density point clouds capable of representing complex geometries, structural details, architectural elements, and technological systems with high metric reliability.
The integration of multi-source datasets allowed the development of detailed 3D CAD models intended to support technical analysis, design coordination, dimensional verification, maintenance planning, and future intervention workflows.
Particular attention was dedicated to the creation of scalable digital environments suitable for cloud-based facility management integration. The structured digital ecosystem enables centralized management of technical documentation, remote consultation of spatial information, collaborative workflows between stakeholders, and continuous updating of asset-related data throughout the operational lifecycle.
The adopted methodology improves operational efficiency, reduces the need for repetitive on-site inspections, and provides a reliable digital foundation for future monitoring, maintenance, and digitalization activities.
