Project Overview
Photogrammetric and topographic survey
Comprehensive survey activities carried out through the integration of drone photogrammetry, terrestrial image acquisition, and precision topographic control networks. The methodology enabled the generation of highly accurate georeferenced datasets suitable for architectural documentation, spatial analysis, redevelopment planning, and technical coordination across multiple disciplines.Laser scanner survey
Detailed three-dimensional acquisition of the asset using terrestrial laser scanning technologies capable of capturing large volumes of geometric information with high speed and accuracy. The resulting point clouds provide a reliable digital representation of structural components, façades, interiors, and complex architectural configurations, supporting detailed analysis and digital reconstruction processes.As-built BIM model
Creation of a coordinated BIM as-built environment developed directly from integrated survey datasets, designed to centralize geometric, spatial, and technical information within a single digital ecosystem. The model supports renovation and retrofit activities, multidisciplinary design workflows, quantity extraction, maintenance planning, and long-term digital asset management processes throughout the lifecycle of the building or infrastructure.
